Hospital Foundation Hires Managing Director

The Yarmouth Hospital Foundation has hired its first managing director, Paulette Sweeney-Goodwin.

In her new role, Sweeney-Goodwin will direct the day-to-day operations of the foundation along with coordinating fund-raising initiatives in the community.
“I look forward to working with our citizens and partnering with businesses and community groups in developing support for our hospital,” Sweeney-Goodwin said.

The Yarmouth Hospital Foundation was established in 1970. Its purpose is to support and enhance the hospital as a community and regional centre of excellence in health care.

The foundation office is located in the atrium of the new wing of the hospital across from the main elevators.
